Change inevitable

I think there is a potential to build a radical cultural outlook in society today.

Our society is rotten destructive and inefficient. Working together, building and uniting around change is possible and in fact inevitable.

It would take preparation and a plan.

More and more young people are developing obsessions, with no useful purpose. (Useful from my point of view, very useful and important to those involved.)

Say fitness, diet obsessions, religious and philosophical obsessions.

They seem important as a way of giving life meaning.

It is interesting that people do not tend to think, since all these obsessions are pointless as a central direction, what is the point in living. They want to live. They are driven by life. And they are driven to find a purpose.

It is that human search for meaning that can be harnessed.

This time with truth and reality. It can be liberated, given direction and then unfolded and built and modified.

Throughout the world there is poverty and extreme degradation. As always since humanity moved to the modern era. The era when there became surplus, when ownership and private or communal property became a factor. When individuals, groups and then classes began seizing power and wealth and degrading, enslaving and impoverishing the rest of society.

But in the developed countries there has unfolded a bloated and unstable arrangement. With a large proportion of society possessing surplus time and possessions. They no longer live day to day, trying to provide food and shelter and to support their friends and families.

When poverty was the norm for most people a culture was created, or developed?, to complement this life. It included religion and the idea that a god was in charge and looking after everyone’s interests. The idea of an order, subservience, that there is a class of people who are superior and that poverty is part of the rightful, inevitable, and permanent order.
